Payment Policy

One night’s payment is required on the reservation date in order to confirm your reservation and full payment is required two weeks prior to your check- in date.

No-show Policy

Reservation not cancelled in advance will be treated as no – show and are non-refundable.

Early Check-out Policy

When we receive your reservation, a room is assigned to you and removed from our inventory for the length of stay that is requested, thus early check – outs without 7 days’ notice will not qualify for a refund of the unused days.

No Smoking Policy

Our Hotel Rooms are 100% smoke free. The fine for smoking inside the room is US $100 dollars.

Incidentals Policy

Customer Credit Card may be charged for incidentals which includes any unpaid food/drink consumption, any additional services, and damage in the room or on the property caused by guest (s).

Cancellation Policy

ALL cancellations must be confirmed by email.

  • Over 30 days prior: Full refund less $30 Admin Fee
  • 15 – 29 days prior: 30% of booking charged
  • 7-14 days prior: 50% of booking charged
  • Under 7 days: 100% of booking charged
